The nonprofit historic 1885 Music Hall, in collaboration with KJK Productions, is pleased to invite 3rd – 8th graders to participate in a
High School Musical workshop May 31 – June 16, 2022 at The Tarrytown Music Hall. All performances will be held at The Tarrytown Music Hall.

Directors:
Victoria Reyes (Cast A: 3rd-5th graders)
Jordan Singer (Cast B: 6th-8th graders)

The two-week program promises to offer students a meaningful theatrical experience that builds teamwork and self-esteem. In addition to preparing for the performance, the children will be instructed in basic acting techniques, improvisation, scene study, direction and theatre games.

Participation is on a first come first served basis. Once you have registered, you will be prompted to submit a video using provided lines and lyrics for casting purposes. 


Cast A (3rd-5th graders)
May 31 – June 9, 2022, Mondays – Fridays from 4pm – 7pm
Saturday, June 11 from 9 – 11:30am
Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 3:30pm – 6pm (dress)
Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 3:30pm – 7pm, show at 7pm

Cast B (6th-8th graders)
May 31 – June 9, 2022, Mondays – Fridays from 4pm – 7pm
Saturday, June 11 from 9 – 11:30am
Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 6pm – 8:30pm (dress)
Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 3:30pm – 7pm, show at 7pm

Performances at The Music Hall:
Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 7pm (Cast A)
Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 7pm (Cast B)

Cost: $400

If you are NOT able to afford this $400 fee, we offer a “Pay What You Can” policy in lieu of scholarships and
you may choose the amount that enables you to participate. 
Amounts are in increments from $50 – $400 for the two-week workshop.

If you are able to afford the $400 fee, we ask you to please select it so that the Academy programs
at this nonprofit theater may continue to be sustainable.
