Break Dance

With over 13 years of experience, Neil Ruocco has dedicated himself to breaking and sharing its culture with the next generation. He began training in hip-hop choreography at Penny Lane Dance Studio, before teaching himself breaking and later refining his skills with crews in Upstate New York and alongside respected b-boys in Hawaii.

Neil has competed against top breakers from crews including The 808 Breakers, Beat Rock Kru, and Vanguards of Style. Influenced by breaking, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Freerunning, he brings a dynamic approach to teaching that encourages confidence, creativity, discipline, and, most importantly, style.
