Gina Duci is a NY native and her love of dance started at the young age of 2.5 y/o. Through the years, she has trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Modern, Contemporary, African, Partnering, and Musical Theatre. Upon graduating from Penn State’s Musical Theatre BFA program. she toured the country teaching masterclasses and playing her dream role of Diana Morales in the Broadway show A Chorus Line under the direction and choreography of original cast member, Baayork Lee. Later, she took on the role of Resident Director/Choreographer for the Broadway show After Midnight (2014 Tony Award winner for Best Choreography) for Norwegian Cruise Line. She mounted 8 companies, working with performing icons such as Marva Hicks, Sharon Wilkins, Melinda Doolittle, and legendary Tony Award Winner Melba Moore. Gina taught several other large production shows, co-created her own dance narrative stage production for NCL, was the associate choreographer for regional productions, Roundabout Theatre Company’s 51st Gala, assisted for an evening of Jazz at Lincoln Center, choreographed for corporate events, music videos and more! She both choreographs and judges for Dance Competitions. But Gina’s current joy is teaching the next generation of aspiring dancers all of the information that has been handed down from her mentors and learned along the way!
